We hold the space for you to rest. To transition, shift from a rushed activated state to a pace that suits you.

Rest schedules vary across cultures, climates and industry needs. Micro breaks that would naturally occur with weather, climate and family have transitioned into scheduled increments instead of following these natural rhythms.

Within these breaks, the nervous system can decompress. It shifts into a clearing state, cycling out spent energetic waste and releasing built up energy in our individual electromagnetic fields. Without these breaks, it becomes system overload disrupting nightly sleep cycles.

Here's your gentle reminder to schedule breaks. Intentionally downshift to lighten your load during the day and return to baseline faster at night. You'll begin to come into alignment with your own harmony when you have the space to clear the clutter.
