I have an extensive background in herbal medicine, yoga, psychology, and Ayurvedic medicine. Using gentle somatic practices, I help my clients feel more grounded, centered, supported and balanced.

As humans beings, we have an innate need for belonging and to be connected with community. In our hectic world, it can be almost impossible to find time to relax, heal, or make space for intimate connection.

As a nurture therapist my goal is to use somatic healing and touch with clients looking for support, connection, and safety. I look forward to meeting you and discussing your goals in receiving nurture therapy. I will bring an open heart, open mind, and a compassionate, nonjudgmental perspective.
