KidStrong Campbell - CA KidStrong Campbell provides science-based training to build strong and confident kids. We also host epic birthday parties and camps in Campbell.

KidStrong Campbell is a science-based training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids, from crawling through age 11. Baby, toddler, preschool and school-age sessions are led by highly-trained coaches who take kids through age-appropriate challenges and competitions in weekly 45-minute classes. Kids run ninja courses, climb ropes, flip tires, sprint and build the foundation to excel at any sport, while practicing public speaking, teamwork, grit and problem solving to excel at life. Kids rank up and earn extra in-class responsibilities like Class Captain. 96% of parents say KidStrong is why their kids are more confident.

🚨 UPDATED PARKING PLAN 🚨 If you saw our earlier schedule, please disregard it. The dates below are the correct ones.

The property’s parking lot work has been rescheduled in smaller sections, so more of the lot stays open. The new schedule runs Oct. 20-30 (weather permitting).

Parking directly in front of KidStrong Campbell will be blocked Tuesday-Wednesday, Oct. 20-21 (Phase 1).

🚧 Some entrances will be closed:
🚫 Oct. 22-23: Hamilton Ave entrance closed
🚫 Oct. 29-30: Daryl entrance closed

✅ Classes are still ON as usual
⏰ Plan a few extra minutes and use the open entrance
🚶 Walking access may be limited too

🚧 Parking heads-up, KidStrong families!

The parking lot is getting a fresh seal coat and new stripes Oct. 20-23 (weather permitting). The parking directly in front of KidStrong Campbell will be blocked Thursday-Friday, Oct. 22-23 (Phase 2), and spots reopen the afternoon of the second day.

FAQ Friday! 🎉

❓This week: how long until my child moves up from Student to Alpha?

Each foundational level takes about 10 classes to complete! Alpha is a special milestone…that’s when your child becomes eligible to be Class Captain, helping lead affirmations and assist coaches with key transitions.

Since rank-ups are such a meaningful moment, coaches will chat with you ahead of class to decide whether to rank up that day or wait a week, in case more family wants to be there to witness it!

Quick note: rank-ups happen mid-class, NOT during the award ceremony. So if your child’s nearing 10 classes, make sure to arrive early or on time. A rank-up can’t happen without your family there to see it! 🎉

This week: what if we don’t wear the KidStrong shirt to class? 👕

Just like any sports team, we ask your child to wear their KidStrong jersey to every class. It helps them look and feel like part of the KidStrong Campbell family! 💙

If they come without it, they unfortunately won’t be eligible for the Coach’s Award that class. Don’t worry though! You can grab a new jersey at the front desk for just $20! 🎁

FAQ Friday! 🎉

This week: what if we need to miss a class? 😢

No problem! Just cancel your class in the KidStrong Member App before it starts, and that credit gets refunded for you to use on any other available class that same month. If you don’t cancel before class starts, that credit can’t be recovered, so set a reminder if you know you’ll be out! ⏰

Quick credit refresher: each month you get 5 new credits, which default to your child’s regular weekly class (that consistency is key to how the KidStrong curriculum works!). Unused credits don’t roll over, so use them within the month.
