As a life coach, I encourage people to care for their whole selves—mind, body, and spirit. One of the ways I do that is by continuing to challenge myself and staying active.
This August, I’ll be cycling 300 miles. 🚴
The ride benefits the American Cancer Society, but for me it’s also an opportunity to raise awareness, encourage healthy living, and show that it’s never too late to set a new goal.
I’ll be sharing my training rides, progress, and a few adventures along the way. I hope you’ll follow the journey and maybe even be inspired to take on a challenge of your own!
