While our bees are busy collecting local pollen – the honey we harvest and sell is considered raw honey in that it is not pasteurized so you are guaranteed a great tasting honey full of live enzymes. Many of our customers purchase honey from us to help them manage their seasonal allergies. Take one whiff or taste of our honey and you’ll know you are in for a treat! The flavor is unlike any honey
on the market. The bees choose the color, flavor, and texture of our honey by the varieties of wildflowers and herbs they forage. We retain these qualities and all the nutrients the bees put in by selling our honey raw. We have some customers that claim they are addicted to our honey! You can contact us and pick up honey at our home or visit us at the Canandaigua Farmer's Market on Saturdays. (We share our stand with another bee keeper - so we aren't there every week!) We do hope to see you at the market soon. Often times you’ll see our children manning the stand as whatever profits are left over from the season helps support their college funds. So buzz on by our stand for taste of either spring/summer or fall varieties. We also occasionally sell honey comb and flavored honey such as strawberry or blueberry honey. If you can’t make it to the Farmer’s Market – feel free to call or email us and stop by our home to pick up some honey!
