This month, we are proud to shine a spotlight on Stacey Delcour our Director of Finance. Learn more about her below.

At the heart of our organization’s mission and continued success is a dedicated group of individuals who lead with vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to our values—our Leadership Team. Their collective experience, strategic thinking, and unwavering focus on excellence help shape not only the direction of our agency but also the culture we thrive in.

Thank you, Stacey, for your vision, support, and the inspiring example you set every day.
______________________________________________

We asked Stacey some fun questions, here is what she had to say:

1.What do you enjoy most about working at The Arc Ontario? I enjoy the teamwork. Everyone brings something different to the table, and it just shows that we can handle anything when we work together.
2.What is one of our values that really resonates with you? It is hard to choose one, but Integrity resonates most with me. With honesty and trust, anything is possible.
3.What is one word you would use to describe working at The Arc Ontario? Fulfilling
4.How do you spend time outside of work? Carting my kids around to their various sport activities. It is exhausting but I love it. I also like to garden but I really don’t know what I am doing!
5.What is your favorite food? Salad – but with a lot of croutons and dressing!
6.What is your favorite beverage? Mango Pineapple Refresher with Green Tea
7.Do you have any pets? Yes – two cats, Ruby and Jerry. I am a crazy cat lady so there will be more when the kids move out!
8.What is your favorite place you have traveled to? I was very lucky to spend a month in France when I was in high school. I stayed with a French family for three weeks and toured with a group for another week with one of my close friends.

The last few weeks our HOST group have been hogging the mixers, bowls and measuring cups while learning to bake!

This past Wednesday, to show appreciation for everything our staff does, the HOST participants transformed the main facility into a pop-up bake "sale" exclusively for our hardworking staff.

180 FREE baked goods were given away to eager staff, including gluten free brownies, key lime bars, lemon ricotta cookies and more. They were absolutely delicious and we look forward to the next appreciation event!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to support the group and enjoy a treat and a HUGE shoutout to everyone on the HOST team that helped make this happen!
