2 eggs is a great start, but it’s only 14g protein

Something I never thought I’d change my tune on was how impactful it can be to switch to better fiber clothing

A few years ago I was like scoffed at the idea of it really impacting us until I realized how much time I was spending and sweating in plastics 😵‍💫

I’m by no means a purist when it comes to clothing but the fibers we wear that come into direct contact with our skin 100% impact our bodies internal systems. We have seen the link to fertility and hormone disruption from the BPAs and PFAs in plastic clothing.

What’s criminal to me too now that I look back is how much money I spent for clothing that is so bad for our bodies 😅

This has been a journey and it still is, it didn’t happen overnight. But as I’ve been finding better alternatives I’m saving and sharing them. For example, the organic shorts I’m wearing in this video I could buy one in every color and still not pay the price ONE item from lululemon so natural doesn’t have to break the bank 💅 see the link in the comments

I remember when I went to the dermatologist years ago for acne this brand was a rec. It might be good for sensitive skin but it’s filled with parabens and recently has shown to potentially be contaminated with benzene. Some of the ingredients also can clog pores and be troublesome for those with acne

Why do we equate healthy with boring?

Seriously, I’d love to know.

Because that’s never been my reality—and it doesn’t have to be yours either.

Healthy living isn’t about eating plain chicken and broccoli, skipping every social event, or giving up the foods and drinks you enjoy (but that’s also why we created )

My approach is about finding better ingredients, making simple swaps when it makes sense, and creating habits that support your body without making life feel restrictive.

Some of my favorite meals are nutrient-dense, flavorful, and something I genuinely look forward to eating. The same goes for the drinks I keep in my fridge and the experiences I prioritize.

Health should add to your life, not take away from it.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s building a lifestyle that feels good, tastes good, and is sustainable for the long haul.

Healing doesn’t happen overnight it doesn’t even happen in a few months. But we absolutely can see a positive shift in symptoms in just a few weeks but health is a journey, not a final destination.
