Big brother…

That’s been my role all my life. Sometimes, I stepped up, and other times, I fell short. Hearing myself described this way, the memories of those wins and losses flash through my mind. It’s humbling to look back, knowing I’ve both helped and hurt, grown and stumbled.

While I can’t go back and fix my mistakes, I can use what I’ve learned to guide others. Each client I work with reminds me why I’m here: to help people feel even a little bit lighter, more grounded, and ready to take on what’s next.

At the end of the day, I’m just someone who truly wants to make a difference. If you’re seeking support from someone who’s been through life’s trenches, consider joining me for a 1 month journey.
