Nature is walking up. The earth is patient as she slowly stretches her arms and begins. It's a magical time. Walking and stopping to check out the changes is a beautiful meditation. Being in nature also lowers stress, among so many other healthy benefits. Breathing in all the good smells spring emits. I wish you happiness, health, and light.
