Bad news/ good news:

Bad News:
FB live streams today are removed by FB after 30 days.
That means any meditation work I share disappears.
I came here today to record my first 'Catalyst Chrysalis'
Labyrinth walk and it's already gone.

Good news:
I'v been looking into doing live streams from now on through my website so I can keep the work I share, BUT...I've been running into tech issues live streaming, SO It may just be for now,
me posting my recorded meditation videos there.

And it's pretty great knowing that someone is benefiting on the other side of the videos. I need to know who I'm reaching now...connection is critical for the human heart and condition, and I am worthy to have that reciprocation for the gifts I freely give.

they told me
to grow up
and stop chasing butterflies
so i grew up
and built a garden
where butterflies
chase me

they said wonder
was for dreamers
and i would never survive
on dreams alone
but i’ve been living
on starlight and storybooks
for years now
still breathing
still burning
still here

they said
the world is too dark
to believe in magic
so i became
my own lantern

wonder is not weakness
wonder is what saved me
again and
again and
again

i kept it close
i made it mine
and now it is my weapon
against despair
and my resurrection
after every defeat

it is who answers the door
when the apocalypse of fear
comes calling

Love this.

every time you lace up your boots
and march into someone else’s wilderness
thinking you know better
which path they should take
which tree they should climb
which direction they should walk
you lose your way back home

you think it’s love
you call it care
but love
true love
the kind with wings and roots
never grabs the compass
from trembling hands

love waits at the crossroads
with warm tea
and a lantern
it doesn’t plot shortcuts
for someone else’s journey

because every time
you try to control their path
you step off your own
that starlit
serpentine
wildflower-slicked path
the one carved
by your own tears
and tantrums and triumphs

you were not born
to be a shepherd
for every lost soul
that calls your name

you were born
to set fires from your belly
and sing maps from your bones

so let them walk
let them stumble
let them curse the sky
and fall in love with it anyway

your job
is not to save them
your job
is to shine
so fiercely
so truthfully
that they remember
they are made of light too

stay in your starlight
love pie—
because the moment
you trade your fire
for their flashlight
you go dark
and they go blind
