In 1995, we began our journey as Calistoga Bath Shop and started Calistoga California’s very first bath shop. Calistoga back then was known as the ‘Hot Springs of the West.’ The natural geothermal hot springs in the area were said to ha
ve ‘healing powers’ and the Calistoga Bath Shop made it our mission to handcraft a mud bath that would provide consumers with the natural healing benefits, a source of relaxation, and the spa-like experience of the surrounding hot springs in their very own homes. While the product offerings and the company grew to what it is today, Alise | Courageously Authentic Body Care, the goal has remained the same; create handcrafted products that are "clean", utilize nature’s benefits, targeted to the needs of our consumers, and promote a healthy, connected, FUN and “feel-good” lifestyle.
