Red Oak Estates/Memory Care Red Oak Estates/Memory Care are both medical models, as we staff with nurses, CNA's and caregivers. Both facilities are Licensed Assisted Living.

At Red Oak Estates/Memory Care it is our mission to provide our residents with the finest services available to maximize their independence in a home like atmosphere while promoting their health and dignity. Whether independent or requiring professional nursing assistance, our highly trained staff is always available to help. Red Oak Estates is a 43 bed facility and Red Oak Memory Care is a 24 bed facility. All rooms are private, we also offer suites and larger rooms to accommodate couples or individuals looking for more space. The staff in both buildings are experienced and trained to work with all residents, no matter their unique needs. We are located on the Edge of Town with beautiful scenery and a variety of wildlife right here in our back yard. Red Oak Estates/Memory Care are locally owned and operated since January 2005. We are located less than 30 miles from Peoria, we serve Fulton, McDonough, Tazewell, Mason, Schuyler, Warren and Knox counties. The candy will be given to the residents to hand out for the trick or treaters on Halloween!! 🎃
