Why do we sit in ceremony with these sacred plant medicines?
We gather not simply to receive something, but to create space — to slow down, turn inward, and consciously connect with ourselves, one another, and the wisdom of the natural world.
Sananga has been traditionally used in Indigenous Amazonian practices for energetic cleansing, grounding, focus, and supporting a deeper state of presence and awareness.
Hapè (Rapé) is traditionally used as a ceremonial tool for grounding, centering, meditation, breath awareness, and clearing stagnant energy. Its ritual can invite stillness and help us become more intentional with what we are carrying and what we are ready to release.
Together, ceremony can become a sacred pause — a place to breathe, reflect, release, reconnect, and listen within.
Come with an open heart and a clear intention.
Sit in presence.
Release what no longer serves.
Return to yourself.
The medicine is not the destination — the ceremony is the container for your journey.
Join us on Saturday, October 17th from 1-3 pm.
