Soulful Sounds Vibrational Sound Therapy

We still have a couple of spaces left for this weekend!

08/30/2026

Sometimes the thing we need isn’t another answer.
Sometimes we need a space where we can ask the question out loud.

A room filled with women willing to listen.
A little quiet.
A little sound.
A little curiosity.

And enough time to follow the conversation somewhere meaningful.
Our Immersive Sound Meditation Workshop at Villa Maria is being created with that kind of space in mind.
We’ll move between immersive sound, personal reflection, journaling, conversation, shared insight, and the natural wisdom that emerges when thoughtful people gather without needing to have everything figured out.

You’re welcome to share.
You’re welcome to listen.
You’re welcome to arrive with a question — or simply see what the day reveals.

September 19 | 10 AM–3 PM
Villa Maria, Pennsylvania
$90 including lunch, snacks & refreshments
The group will remain intentionally small so there is time for genuine conversation and connection.

Surround yourself with sound, community, support, and wisdom inside a sacred container of like-minded women with big questions, deep insights, and soulful hearts.
On September 19, I’ll be guiding an Immersive Sound Meditation Workshop at Villa Maria Education & Spirituality Center — a five-hour experience designed to give us time to go deeper than we often can in everyday life.

Through immersive sound, journaling, reflection, conversation, and shared experience, we’ll create space to explore what is moving within us — and, when it feels right, give it voice.
This day is about more than relaxation.
It’s about connection.

🎵Curiosity.
🎵Deep listening.
🎵Honest conversation.
🎵Shared wisdom.

And the kind of insight that can emerge when we give ourselves enough time to actually stay with the questions.

There are some places that seem to invite you to slow down the moment you arrive.
Villa Maria is one of them.

Beautifully cared-for grounds, quiet spaces, nature, and a long tradition of sustainable living create a setting that feels especially well suited for a day of reflection, connection, and sound.

And the experience isn’t limited to what happens inside the workshop room.
Villa Maria will also provide our lunch, snacks, and refreshments, with much of their food rooted in their own farm-to-table and sustainable-living practices.

So for five hours, you can simply arrive and be part of the day.
Immersive sound.
Journaling and reflection.
Meaningful conversation.
Community and shared wisdom.

Time outdoors if the day invites it.
And nourishment already taken care of.
