Let me give you an example…

I had a client come to me thinking her issue was her digestive system, weight and generalized anxiety, depression…

What I saw instead was a deep lack of trust within herself, self doubt running her life (affecting her digestion) low self worth, a disconnection with her feminine energy (affecting her weight), and a fear of fully accepting her own intuition - which she didn’t even realize she had (leading to feelings of disconnection with self, discontentment with life manifesting as anxiety / depression)

I had another client who came to me wanting to lose weight, sleep better and overall improve her nutrition

What I saw was how people pleasing was draining her energy, how her lack mindset was preventing her from losing weight and how she didn’t actually need a hardcore diet, she just needed to eat intuitively (which once she started applying this she had the best nights sleep and lost 5lbs effortlessly)

Another woman came to me thinking her problem was her body image issues & obsessive thoughts about food

What I saw was that her obsession with food and weight was, on a subconscious level, a distraction she had created to prevent herself from fully stepping into her power, because underneath that was a deep fear of being seen.

And the list goes on….

The healing is never just physical…

And in fact, it’s mostly non-physical.

Because the physical can only meet us where we’re at.

And if we’re not willing to look deeper within ourselves, then the physical solutions won’t work deeply for us either.

And when we try to search outside of ourselves for solutions and try to use external remedies to heal,

The root issue…the energetic imbalance that’s underneath whatever is showing up in the physical…

It continues to come back. Over & over again.

The same thing…just showing itself in different ways,

Continuing to mirror back to us what’s really calling for our attention on the inside.

Not to punish us…but try to guide us back to the true healing & awakening. 🤍🕊️

This is the work we do in my world - we go into the depths & heal from within. And then you get to witness the effects of this as the newfound abundance, balance, wholeness and healing ripples out into all areas of your life ❤️‍🔥
