Cortisol is not your enemy. It’s a hormone that’s supposed to peak in the morning and dip at night. A wave, not a flatline. The problem isn’t that yours is “too high”, the problem is that the rhythm is off.
What actually helps:
🌅 Morning sunlight in your eyes within 30 min of waking
🍳 Protein at breakfast
🌙 Same sleep + wake time, even on weekends
What won’t:
❌ Cortisol mocktails
❌ Cold plunges at 9pm
❌ Skipping breakfast “to fast”
You don’t need to lower it. You need to listen to it.
