“Why am I always tired?” It’s one of the most common questions I hear.

Fatigue is often blamed on aging, stress, or simply not getting enough sleep. But sometimes the answer goes much deeper.

Medication side effects and interactions, nutrient deficiencies, poor sleep quality, chronic stress, blood sugar imbalances, gut dysfunction, toxic exposures, chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalances, and other underlying factors can all affect how your cells produce and use energy.

Your body is constantly communicating with you through symptoms. Fatigue is not something to ignore, it’s a signal that something may need attention.

So, instead of asking how to cover up the symptom, start asking why it’s happening in the first place.

Have you ever discovered the root cause behind your fatigue? Let me know in the comments. 👇

Your skin is not just a barrier. It’s an organ.
Everything you put on your skin has the potential to interact with your body. That’s why I pay attention not only to what I eat, but also to what I apply to my skin.
A simple rule I try to follow:
If I wouldn’t eat it, I think twice before putting it on my skin.
The same mindset applies to skincare, cosmetics, deodorants, fragrances, and even makeup. I don’t use many products, and when I do, I choose them carefully and keep it simple.
This is one of the reasons I love this product. Clean ingredients. No unnecessary fillers. Just a formula that aligns with my values.
Health isn’t only about what’s on your plate. It’s also about what you’re exposed to every day.
Your skin deserves the same attention as the rest of your body.

What is one product you’ve switched to a cleaner version of lately? Drop me a comment 👇

For years I heard about scorpion venom in Cuba, but only the elite had access. Never the average Cuban. 🦂

My mom has lived with pain for years. A few months ago I found the blue scorpion venom whose venom comes from the Dominican Republic. She started taking it, and she’s felt relief she hadn’t felt in a long time.

Blue scorpion venom comes from Heterocterus princeps, native to the Caribbean. The fascinating part is in its peptides, short chains of amino acids that act as messengers in the body. Scientists are studying some of these peptides for their anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antioxidant effects.

These peptides interact with the ion channels in your cells, the same channels that regulate how pain signals are transmitted and how the immune system responds.

Every body is different, but it’s worth knowing what nature has to offer. 🌿

¿Qué cambio saludable has implementado recientemente?

The simplest meal in my kitchen, and one of the most powerful for your cells. 🫒🥑

Avocado + a generous drizzle of high-phenolic olive oil.

Here’s why this combo works at the cellular level:

🥑 Avocado gives you monounsaturated fats, potassium, and fibre, the building blocks your cell membranes actually need (this is R2: Regenerate).

🫒 Zoefull EVOO isn’t just olive oil. It’s high in polyphenols and oleocanthal, a natural compound that works as a COX inhibitor, calming inflammation the same way some anti-inflammatories do (this is R4: Reduce).

Together, the healthy fats in the avocado help your body absorb the fat-soluble polyphenols in the oil, so you get more of what makes this oil special.

Most on the olive oils are oxidised, cut, or low in the polyphenols that actually matter. Zoefull tests for theirs, that’s why it’s the one I reach for.

Drizzle generously. Add sea salt if you prefer. That’s it.

Save this for an easy anti-inflammatory snack 📌
Comment OLIVE and I’ll send you what to look for when buying a real high-phenolic olive oil. 🌿

Have you ever been told that your labs look normal, but you still don’t feel well?

Bloating. Constipation. Fatigue. Anxiety. Discomfort after eating.

Many people spend years searching for answers because standard testing doesn’t always evaluate every possible factor contributing to their symptoms.

There are additional tests that can provide more information about digestive health and help identify issues that may not be obvious on routine blood work.

This doesn’t mean conventional testing isn’t valuable. It absolutely is. But sometimes normal results are only one piece of a much larger picture.

If you’re still struggling with symptoms, don’t ignore what your body is telling you.

Keep asking questions.
Keep looking for answers.
Keep advocating for your health.

Have you ever been told everything looked normal while you still felt terrible?

This is one of my travel essentials.

Most people focus on hydration, compression socks, or avoiding jet lag. But few people think about the invisible environmental stressors we’re exposed to when we travel.

Hours surrounded by electronic devices, Wi-Fi signals, Bluetooth connections, and other forms of electromagnetic exposure can add to the overall stress load on the body.

I like to be proactive about supporting my health wherever I can, especially when flying.

This is one of the tools I choose to keep in my travel bag.

What are your non-negotiable travel wellness essentials?
Leave me a comment and drop the word “EMF” and I will send you the link with 25% off so you can protect your family from electromagnetic waves.

Did you know that physicians receive very limited nutrition education during medical training?

Medical school is incredibly demanding, but the curriculum traditionally focuses heavily on diagnosing disease, pharmacology, and procedures. Nutrition, lifestyle medicine, sleep, stress management, and other foundational health factors often receive far less attention than many people realize.

This is one reason many patients leave appointments with a prescription but little guidance on the daily habits that influence long-term health.

Medication absolutely has its place, and it saves lives in acute situations. But when it comes to prevention, our healthcare system is not designed to spend much time addressing the lifestyle factors that contribute to chronic disease in the first place.

What you eat.
How you sleep.
How you move.
Your stress levels.
Your environment.
Your relationships.

These factors influence how your body functions every single day.

True health requires looking at the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

I take a shot every morning. Not what you think, this is not a random extra virgin olive oil 🫒

is a wild, high-phenolic extra virgin olive oil, harvested from ancient olive trees in Greece. Mediterranean cultures have understood the power of foods like this for centuries. This is ancient medicine.
The polyphenols in high-quality EVOO (oleocanthal, oleacein) are among the most studied anti-inflammatory compounds in nature.
It supports gut, brain, heart, and cellular health.
Every morning I’m giving my cells exactly what they need to start the day. One shot. Raw. Before anything else.
Have you ever tried EVOO as a morning shot? Drop a comment below if you’re curious.
