Did you enjoy that flowy hip sequence I made you do five times over followed by juicy squats that hopefully helped your legs feel delicious?

Cool cool I recorded it 😘

Perfect for a recovery session from leg day, post hot girl walks or getting the blood flow after chilling from rot day.

Whatever it is, I gotchu.

What’s uppppp!!!!!! It’s Lizzzzzz

These are pics from when Lukas and I went to see Bey last summer in Paris with the bonus copy of the most important elements to my growth as a yoga teacher and movement pro.

Because, it’s not only where or what you’ve learned, it’s the path that it took to get there that ultimately shapes you as a human, citizen, worker, advocate, guide, and friend.

Also these were my choices. It speaks to what I wanted to learn about and who I trusted to teach. Everyone is tagged!

My educational background is in public health, so I view studios/gyms/trainers/teachers as vital components and contributors of community health and REAL solutions to the work we need to be doing.

And since I left school, I’ve collected more trainings and life experiences, all lending their own lessons and teachings. With a long list of future topics I need to learn more about!

So just in case you were curious, or you also enjoy understanding more about people’s paths, or maybe there is a piece that’s similar to yours — let me know in the comments!

A very darling Aries season. ✨🪄☀️🧡

Got a bike, a new role, fresh insights, clarity and direction.

The shift from Aries to Ta**us is one of my favorites.

It’s the embodied essence of the exciting fresh energy of new ideas and new opportunities paired with the reminder to pause and truly take it in — don’t rush but try to not overthink.

Your basic resources (time, energy, attention) are the true kindling of your spirit. Spend them wisely.

How do you tend to life now with all the fresh energy of a new season?

Slow, steady, simple, sweet says Ta**us.

Grant yourself time to thaw from winter blues, to consume simpler, to heal nonlinearly, to process gently, to mindfully choose your community, to slowly see a new perspective, to welcome guidance when requested, to make a true friend, to say to the world asking for things, “maybe, but I need a minute.”

Check in with your ability to explore functional shapes!
A few great reasons why we love mobility work:

1) Reduces injury risk — Moving through more ranges of motion keeps joints healthy and prevents muscle imbalances that lead to strains, pulls, and overuse injuries.

2) Improves performance — Better mobility means deeper squats, powerful lunges, and efficient movement patterns across any sport or activity.

3) Counteracts sitting — people spend hours in cars/chairs-couches — which tightens hip flexors, rounds the back, and shortens hamstrings. Mobility work actively reverses that.

4) Speeds up recovery — Gentle mobility work increases blood flow to muscles and tissues, helping clear metabolic waste and reduce soreness after training.

5) Pays off long-term — Maintaining range of motion as you age is one of the strongest predictors of functional independence. The investment now keeps you moving well for years to come.
