Today we're doing Ballerina!

Think like a ballerina and gently rise up onto your toes, then slowly lower your heels back down.

Keep the movement smooth and controlled, and use a chair for balance if you need it.

It's simple, but it gets those muscles working and keeps your body moving!

Try it for 30–60 seconds and keep things flowing.
