Job Type: Full-Time
Position Summary:
Capon Bridge Family Practice is seeking one qualified and compassionate clinical team member to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate may be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN). This individual will work closely with our providers to support high-quality, patient-centered care in a small, community-focused clinic.
Responsibilities:
• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and review medical histories
• Administer medications per protocol and licensure
• Perform lab draws and process specimens as needed
• Assist with in-office procedures and patient care coordination
• Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Support providers in delivering comprehensive primary care services
• Provide patient education and follow-up communication
Qualifications (must meet one of the following):
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with active certification
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Experience with medication and testing prior authorizations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
