Sooooo easy to cook healthy - even for just one !!! 1 Boneless Chicken Breast sautéed in Olive oil/small amount of butter/ fresh garlic. Add 1 Vidalia onion sliced thin/ halved cherry tomatoes/ Mini Sweet red -orange- yellow peppers, sliced thin. Add some Sauvignon Blanc (happens to be what I am drinking- you can use chard.) Sprinkle Locatelli Cheese- Coarse Salt / crushed Black Pepper to taste. Serve over penne orrrr over Romaine Salad with green or black olives. Takes 10 minutes. Eat slowly - enjoy your wine & this beautiful Autumn weather 🍁🍁🍁❤️

Sunday- what a beautiful day☀️ to go into the gardens or peek @ your patio pots🎍 .... I know everyone knows this, but it truly amazes me how many seeds are in the center of just 1 flower🌼...I dry them starting now for next year ...share with friends or spread them on fertile soil each day.
It is sort of like us, do we let the seeds of love ... generosity...gentleness grow on our fertile hearts...❤️ SUNDAY🌄.....ENJOY...

Choice.... When a mature adult suddenly realizes alllll the years of “having no choices “ are gone.Choice is now a new way of life that you have earned. The Choice to say “Yes” when tiny precious voices ask “Can you sleep over?” The Choice to let them help you prepare traditional foods that will be passed on & on. The Choice to really try to never miss 1 sporting event, dance recital... swim lesson. The Choice to make every day you are with them a gift for both of you, by giving little surprises .. capturing those “ never again moments “ in pictures. The Choice to not take “ that call” & go outside & play in the sunshine.” The Choice to “not” make lunch or dinner plans with friends & spend the hours laughing with “them.” Choice....To be given this phase of life is such a Wonderful Gift from Him ... The gift of Choice . ❤️❤️❤️
