There is something I've learned after decades of coaching and teaching coaches:

Knowing what to do and being able to do it in the moment are two different things.

You can understand coaching competencies.

You can read about powerful questions.

You can study reflective listening.

You can know the ethics.

But then a real person sits across from you and says something unexpected.

That's when coaching becomes an art.

That's why I created Advanced Coaching in Action.

I wanted to create a space where coaches could bring real situations, practice real skills, receive thoughtful feedback, and discover what becomes possible when we slow down enough to really notice what is happening in the conversation.

On October 3, we'll spend five hours on Zoom doing exactly that.
