Ok hear me out-

Sometimes your goals cannot be achieved with filler or tox.

Sometimes a laser treatment is your best option.

My goal as an aesthetic provider is to guide you on a skin health journey.

One of the most important parts of aesthetic medicine is knowing what is actually causing the concern you see in the mirror.

Because wrinkles, crepey skin, enlarged pores, sun damage and loss of firmness are not always problems that should be treated by adding volume.

💉 Filler replaces volume.
It can restore areas where we’ve lost fat, bone support and structural contour with age.

💉 Botox/Dysport relaxes muscle movement.
It works beautifully for dynamic lines caused by repeated facial expression—think forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet.

⚡️ But lasers treat the SKIN itself.

When the problem is:
• fine lines and etched-in wrinkles
• crepey or thinning skin
• rough texture
• enlarged pores
• acne scarring
• sun damage and pigmentation
• uneven tone
• loss of collagen and elasticity

…adding more filler may not address the actual problem.

Sometimes what your face needs isn’t more volume—it needs better skin.

Laser resurfacing creates controlled injury within the skin, triggering a wound-healing response and stimulating remodeling of collagen and elastin. Depending on the technology and depth of treatment, we can improve texture, pigment, fine lines, laxity and overall skin quality in a way filler simply cannot.

And this is exactly why I don’t look at a face and automatically think, “Where can we inject?”

I look at bone structure. Volume loss. Muscle movement. Skin thickness. Texture. Pigment. Laxity. Collagen loss.

Then we treat the actual problem.

Sometimes the answer is filler.
Sometimes it’s Botox or Dysport.
Sometimes it’s laser.

And very often, the most beautiful result comes from using less injectable product and investing more into the quality of the skin itself.

Good aesthetic medicine isn’t about putting more into your face.

It’s about knowing what your face actually needs.

Think about it?

You’ll wear your skin forever-doesn’t that alone make it worth the investment?

We invest in our hair. Our clothes. Our homes. Our vacations. Things that make us feel good, look good, and bring us joy.

But your skin?

You wear it every single day, for your ENTIRE life.

That alone makes it worth investing in.

And investing in your skin doesn’t mean chasing perfection or trying to look 25 forever. It means taking care of the largest organ of your body—protecting it, strengthening it, and supporting it as it changes with you.

Medical-grade skincare. Daily SPF. Collagen stimulation. Treatments that improve cellular turnover, pigmentation, texture, vascularity, and overall skin health.

The goal isn’t to erase every line or never age.

The goal is to age with really, really beautiful skin.

Because the best results aren’t built from one appointment or one product. They’re built slowly and intentionally, through consistency.

Your skin is something you will wear for the rest of your life.

Invest accordingly♥️.

MOXI + BBL: Let’s talk about MENDS.

One of the most common questions after a MOXI treatment is:

“Why does my skin feel like sandpaper?”

The answer is MENDS — Microscopic Epidermal Necrotic Debris. 🔬

MOXI is a 1927 nm non-ablative fractional laser. Its primary chromophore is water, and it delivers controlled thermal energy into thousands of microscopic treatment zones while leaving surrounding tissue intact to support rapid healing.

Within those microscopic zones, thermal injury creates tiny columns of damaged epidermal tissue containing cellular debris and pigment.

These are MENDS.

Over the next several days, the skin’s natural renewal process moves this microscopic debris upward through the epidermis until it reaches the surface and naturally sheds.

That’s why your skin may look slightly bronzed or peppered with tiny dark dots and feel:

• Dry
• Tight
• Rough
• Gritty
• Almost like fine-grit sandpaper

This texture is expected after MOXI and is part of the fractional healing process.

Do not scrub, pick or aggressively exfoliate your MENDS. Allow them to naturally slough away as your epidermis renews underneath.

Where does BBL fit in?

BBL uses selective wavelengths of light to target chromophores including melanin and hemoglobin, addressing brown pigment, sun damage, redness and visible vessels. Pigmented areas can actually look darker before they clear—also an expected response.

Together, MOXI + BBL target multiple components of photodamage: pigment, redness, texture, tone and overall skin quality.

So if you look in the mirror a few days after MOXI and think, “My face feels like sandpaper…”

That’s the science you’re feeling. 🔬✨

MENDS are temporary. The skin renewal happening underneath is the goal!

Get ready to have the smoothest, clearest, brightest, glowiest complexion!
There’s a reason it’s my favorite skin treatment we offer at the clinic!

Now is the perfect time to schedule your Diamond Moxi.

September really is the beginning of skin season. 🤍

Summer is beautiful—but months of sunshine, heat, outdoor activities and inconsistent routines can leave behind pigmentation, uneven tone, texture and signs of sun damage.

As we head into fall, cooler temperatures and less intense sun exposure make this one of my favorite times of year to start getting serious about skin again.

This is when we begin thinking about treatments like BBL, MOXI, deeper laser resurfacing, chemical peels and collagen-stimulating treatments—and, just as importantly, getting your medical-grade skincare routine dialed in.

Because the best skin transformations aren’t usually the result of one treatment. They’re the result of a thoughtful plan: correcting what summer left behind, stimulating collagen, protecting the skin and staying consistent.

So yes… pumpkin spice season is cute. 🍂
But around here?

September means LASER SEASON. ✨

And if you’ve been thinking about making a real change in your skin, now is the perfect time to start planning your fall + winter treatment series.

✨ MONDAY MOTIVATION ✨ posting a different angle because they are accusing me of AI. This is her legit face!!!

It is never too early — and never too late — to start taking care of your skin.

Can we just take a moment for this skin?! 😍

How old do you think my beautiful client is? Because her skin is absolutely not giving away any secrets. ✨

Healthy, beautiful skin isn’t about chasing perfection or trying to look 20 forever. It’s about protecting what you have, stimulating collagen, treating concerns as they arise, and staying consistent over time.

Whether you’re 25, 45, 65 or beyond—the best time to invest in your skin is now.

Good skincare.
Sun protection.
Thoughtful treatments.
Consistency.
And a plan designed for your skin.

Those little choices add up over the years. 🤍

So here’s your Monday reminder: your age does not determine when you get to start caring for yourself.

Now for the fun part… DROP YOUR GUESS BELOW 👇🏼 How old do you think she is?!

✨ And seriously… LOOK. AT. THAT. SKIN. ✨

The struggle is SO real😅.

Content creation is by far the hardest part of my job.
A little gratitude post for the faces behind this page. 🤍

One of the things I don’t think people always realize about owning a small business is just how much content it takes to keep showing up here every day.

What do I post today?
Did I take enough photos?
Did I remember the before picture? 😅
Is this educational? Is it interesting? Have I already talked about this 47 times?

The struggle is real. 😂

And that’s why I am SO incredibly grateful to every single patient who has allowed me to photograph them, share their results, document their journey, or simply let their beautiful face be part of this little corner of social media.

I know it takes trust to allow your face to be shared publicly — especially when we’re sometimes showing skin concerns, aging, acne, swelling, bruising, or those not-so-glamorous “before” and healing stages.

Please know that I never take that trust lightly.

Your willingness to share helps me educate. It helps another woman understand what a treatment actually looks like. It helps normalize taking care of ourselves. And it allows prospective patients to see real people, real skin, and real results instead of perfectly curated stock photos.

Quite honestly, without all of you, I’d probably be posting pictures of lasers and skincare bottles every day. 😂

So to every beautiful face you’ve seen on this page — and to every person who has ever said, “Yes, you can share my photos” — thank you.

I am forever indebted to you for trusting me with your face, your skin, your story…and occasionally your worst possible before-photo lighting. 🤍😂

You are such a big part of what makes this page — and SKIN — what it is.

Shine on, my beauties. ✨

Man- we lost a true legend yesterday- a beauty icon I admired greatly growing up.

Dolly Parton has always been unapologetically herself.

She loved the big hair, the makeup, the sparkle, the heels—and yes, she was open about choosing plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments because they made her feel good. She never pretended otherwise, and she certainly didn’t let other people’s opinions dictate how she chose to look or live.

And maybe that’s one of the best lessons we can take from her:

Be you.

Take care of yourself in the ways that make you feel confident. Get the Botox. Get the filler. Have the surgery—or don’t. Wear the makeup. Dress up. Be glamorous. Be natural. Do whatever makes you feel most like yourself.

Because caring about your appearance and being a good person are not mutually exclusive.

Dolly showed us you can love beauty, take pride in yourself, and still lead with generosity, humility, humor, and an incredible amount of kindness.

So live a little more like Dolly.

Be yourself. Do what you love. Don’t worry so much about what everyone else thinks. And above all else—be kind.

RIP to one of my beauty icons 🕊️

A NON-SURGICAL BLEPHAROPLASTY

The eye area is often one of the first places we notice aging—and also one of the most delicate areas to treat. These results were achieved without surgery, without incisions, and without a surgical scar.

Using our Contour TRL Erbium laser, we can precisely resurface the delicate skin around the eyes. The laser removes controlled microscopic layers of damaged skin while stimulating the wound-healing response and new collagen formation beneath the surface.

As the area heals and remodels, we can see:

• Firmer, tighter-appearing eyelid and periocular skin
• Softening of fine lines and “crepey” texture
• Improvement in deeper wrinkles around the eyes
• Smoother skin texture
• Continued collagen remodeling in the months following treatment

What makes Contour TRL so unique is its tunable depth. Rather than a one-size-fits-all resurfacing treatment, we can customize the depth of treatment based on the patient’s skin, degree of aging, and desired result—something especially important when working with such delicate tissue.

We often refer to this as our “non-surgical blepharoplasty” because it can create a significant rejuvenation of the eye area without surgically removing skin.

Compared with surgical blepharoplasty, there are no incisions or surgical scars, treatment is performed right here in the office, and recovery is generally shorter. It also avoids many of the risks associated with surgery and anesthesia. Of course, laser resurfacing still has its own risks and downtime, and it cannot replace surgery when significant excess skin or fat needs to be removed. A consultation helps us determine which option makes sense for you.

And these photos? 👀 The results speak for themselves.

Advanced technology. Precise treatment. Natural-looking rejuvenation—without changing what makes your eyes yours.
