Pain isn't always caused by weakness.
Sometimes it's caused by imbalance.
Your body is remarkably smart. It will find a way to accomplish the task in front of it—even if that means changing how you move.
The problem is that compensation isn't free.
Strength imbalances change movement.
Movement changes load distribution.
Load distribution changes stress.
Eventually, the tissues absorbing more than their fair share start asking for attention.
That doesn't mean you're fragile. It doesn't mean you should stop moving.
It means it's worth looking deeper than the site of pain.
Address the imbalance.
Build capacity.
Improve movement options.
Because the goal isn't to move perfectly—it's to move well enough to do the things you love for a very long time.
