This week’s Pilates flow combines strength, balance, and control with a beautiful ballet-inspired movement:
🩰 Wide second position — heels turned in, toes turned out
✨ Arms overhead with biceps alongside your ears
🌿 Core engaged, shoulders relaxed, spine tall
🌊 Exhale as you rotate your palms forward and lower into a controlled squat
💪 Rise with intention, building strength and stability
This simple but powerful movement works your entire body.

Balance is more than standing still — it’s about creating strength, stability, and awareness in every movement.
In this Beach Pilates balance challenge, we focus on slow, controlled movement that strengthens the body while challenging your coordination and focus.
Starting with your hands extended in front, fingers gently touching, shoulders relaxed, and your core engaged, we move through a controlled one-leg balance:
✨ Extend one foot forward with pointed toes
✨ Exhale as you tap the toe while reaching the arms overhead
✨ Return with control and transition into Passé position
✨ Find your balance, breathe, and create stability from the inside out
