I strive to help women and men discover the love of weight training in a safe, empowering, and realistic way.
When you train with me, we’ll learn the basics of lifting with proper form, build strength without fear of injury, and push past the limits you once thought your body could achieve. We’ll discuss movement, posture, muscles, joints, fascia, and how the body works together as a unified system—because sometimes the answer isn’t just another appointment or adjustment, but learning how to move and strengthen your body correctly.
We’ll cover the real questions women and men over 40 are asking: Why is weight loss harder now? How important is blood sugar? Does cardio matter more than strength training? What should beginners know before starting?
Most importantly, this is about creating a stronger, healthier body for midlife and beyond—through movement, confidence, and sustainable wellness.
