I donât share a lot about the deeper foundation beneath my work, but I think itâs time that I do.
I didnât come to this work because I believed I had all the answers.
I came to it because I spent much of my own life surviving.
I know what it feels like to live disconnected from yourselfâto move through life doing what needs to be done, carrying what needs to be carried, while barely being able to hear your own voice underneath it all.
And I know what it feels like to begin coming back.
I believe everything is energy.
Our thoughts, emotions, words, bodies, relationships, environmentsâeverything carries a frequency. Everything affects us, whether we are consciously aware of it or not.
I believe our bodies are incredibly intelligent. They hold what we have lived through, they communicate with us, and they are constantly trying to bring us back into balance.
I believe the nervous system matters.
You cannot shame yourself into feeling safe.
You cannot force yourself into peace.
And you cannot always think your way out of something your body is still experiencing.
Sometimes the body needs a different language.
Stillness.
Breath.
Sound.
Frequency.
Safe connection.
Being witnessed without being judged.
Being given permission to soften.
I believe healing does not require us to continually reopen every wound or relive every painful experience. Awareness matters. Understanding matters. There are times when we need to look honestly at what happened.
But I do not believe we are meant to spend the rest of our lives digging through our pain.
There comes a time when we stop asking, âWhat else is wrong with me?â and begin asking, âWhat wants to live through me now?â
I believe God created us with an inner knowingâa quiet wisdom that is still there beneath the fear, conditioning, expectations, and noise.
I donât believe I am anyoneâs guru.
I donât believe I hold someone elseâs answers.
My work is not about telling people who to be. It is about creating a space where the noise becomes quiet enough for them to hear themselves againâto reconnect with their bodies, their truth, their spirit, and God.
I believe we participate in our own healing. Not by controlling every outcome or pretending everything is positive, but through awareness, intention, choice, and the willingness to meet ourselves honestly.
And I believe there comes a point when we have to stop calling it healing.
At some point, we are no longer endlessly fixing ourselves.
We are learning how to live.
How to come out of survival.
How to feel safe inside our own bodies.
How to trust what we know.
How to experience joy without bracing for it to disappear.
How to become fully present in the life that is already here.
That is the foundation of my work.
Not perfection.
Not performance.
Not dependence.
Reconnection.
Healing may be where we begin.
But livingâfully, freely, connected to ourselves, and aligned with Godâis where we are going.
