🚒🚁 Fire Prevention Week Fun! 🔥

Our flight crew had a great time giving helicopter tours to Riverside Elementary School and Jefferson Montessori School for Fire Prevention Week! 🧯❤️

From learning about fire safety to meeting firefighters and getting an up-close look at the helicopter, it was a fun-filled day of education, smiles, and community connection.

We’re proud to partner with the incredible men and women of our local fire departments to help teach our youngest community members the importance of fire safety, prevention, and knowing what to do in an emergency.

A big thank you to our local firefighters, teachers, school staff, and students for making today such a success! 👩‍🚒👨‍🚒🚁

Stay safe, stay prepared, and remember—fire safety starts with you! 🔥🧯

We never know who our flight crew will encounter in the wild, but today it was a celebrity - Smokey Bear!

When our pilot, Mark, was just 7 years old, he wrote a letter to Smokey Bear and in return he received a gift from Smokey. Little did he know that 60 years later, he would finally get the chance to meet the bear he had written to all those years ago! And guess what? Smokey remembered Mark and his letter! 🐻✉️

What started as a childhood letter became a lifelong memory—and a pretty incredible full-circle moment.

Happy Fire Prevention Week!
Only YOU can prevent wildfires. 🐻 🔥 🚁

Native 29 had a great time joining the City of Carlsbad and our fellow first responders for an evening of community, conversations, and fun. We loved meeting everyone, answering questions, and showing off the helicopter.

‼️ EXCITING NEWS‼️

✈️ Our new fixed wing base in Las Cruces is OFFICIALLY open and in service! 🙌🏻
Native Air 33’s Pilatus PC-12 can transport patients farther distances for higher-level medical care, and it is often able to operate in weather conditions that may limit rotor wing flight. It may also be able to carry more weight, additional medical equipment, and in some cases, a family member.
Like all of our sister bases across the White Sands and Energy Basin regions, it has industry-leading clinicians, cutting-edge medical equipment, whole blood, and other critical care advancements on board every flight. The people of New Mexico, Arizona, and western Texas are in good hands with Native Air 33!
