🍎 Here's something most people don't know about our Applewood bacon.

The applewood isn't just the smoke. There's real dried apple in the cure 🍏.

Brown sugar, salt, apple, and that's about it. Rubbed on by hand, one belly at a time, then three weeks in the cure room before it ever gets near the smokehouse 🔥💨.

Thanks to Jose in our kitchen for letting us film and for sharing his craft with us 🏆. Three weeks is a long time to wait on bacon, and his work now is one of the reasons it's well worth it.
