What the heck is constellation work? It can be done one on one or in a group setting. Aspects of an issue are explored from the outside. Often someone is picked to represent you so you really get a Birds Eye view of what’s going on without being in it. It’s a gentle embodied exploration of reorganizing the way the system is currently presenting itself. Deep insights and lasting shifts can occur that heal the lineage patterns for yourself and future generations.

Family constellations have surprised me, especially the tabletop way of doing them, who knew inanimate objects could take on energy and come to life with information! Each object that represents a part of the constellation is explored through the felt sense and sometimes moved to a different position in relationship to the other pieces. It's really amazing what is revealed through the exploration, and it creates a new energetic and internal shift in awareness of what is possible. It has filled in some real systemic gaps that I hadn't realized were that important to heal. If you're thinking there aren't any missing people in your fam or hidden loyalties you don't already know about.. You may be surprised!
