With a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a background in helping individuals build sustainable health habits, Lexi brings an evidence-based, compassionate approach to nutrition and wellness. She combines personalized guidance with mindset work to help patients develop a healthy, lasting relationship with food, free from diet culture, restriction, and all-or-nothing thinking.

Lexi’s philosophy goes beyond meal plans. She believes optimal wellness happens when food becomes a personal tool, one that nourishes your body, supports your unique goals, and enhances your quality of life. Her mission is to help patients move toward a place of self-trust, confidence, and lasting wellness.

As a wife and mom, Lexi understands firsthand the challenge of prioritizing your health amid the demands of everyday life and she meets every patient exactly where they are.

We are thrilled to welcome Carey, our new Patient Concierge to the Elevate team!

With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality sales and client relations, Carey brings a passion for exceptional service and meaningful connections to her role as Patient Concierge at Elevate. She oversees the daily patient experience and office operations, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

As a cancer survivor, Carey is deeply passionate about women’s health, wellness, and helping others feel their best both inside and out. Her personal journey has strengthened her commitment to creating a positive, compassionate experience for every patient.

She resides in Carmel with her husband, two children, and their dog. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, Pilates and spending time with family and friends.

Known for her warm personality and dedication to service, Carey is committed to making every patient interaction a memorable one and helping create the elevated experience that defines Elevate.

I submit prior authorizations almost daily. Today I was a little perplexed when I received an estradiol prior authorization in my inbox. Why do we continue to have to fight for the coverage needed? I have never once submitted a PA for MANY medications. But I try to give a menopausal woman hormones and that triggers a PA? I also hear from many women that estrogen inserts are pricey? Would love to dialogue on how to change this.
