This patient came to me wanting more lip definition. During my assessment, I noticed that some of her previous filler appeared to be sitting in the wet mucosa of the upper lip.

Instead of layering more filler on top, I recommended dissolving first, because my job is to recommend the safest, most appropriate treatment plan, not just the fastest one.
