Part Elasti, Part Pole, all in one class! Class will start with targeted drills to increase your back, shoulder, and hip flexibility and active range of motion. Then we will apply those drills to a floorwork, low flow, and pole move. Students are encouraged to attend throughout the month so they can make progress on their back flexibility and learn to utilize it in a variety of shapes.
A solid knee hang from an invert or cast is recommended.
