Soulcore

Soulcore A movement to nourish body, mind & soul while meditating on the life of Christ through the Rosary. A gentle path to grow in virtue and cultivate interior peace.
(1)

SoulCore is an apostolate that intentionally engages the whole person in the sacred experience of the rosary. Integrating the prayers of the rosary with core strengthening, stretching and functional movements to nourish body & soul and encourage deeper reflection on the virtues. SoulCore was born out of the desire, the calling really, to strengthen our physical bodies while strengthening our souls

through prayer. Our logo, the A intertwined with the M, means “Under the Protection of Mary.” We deepen our devotion to Jesus and Mary by praying the rosary, helping us to remain aware that we are constantly under their protection. As stated so beautifully in a meditation book by Richard Beyer, In meditating on the mysteries of the rosary, Jesus also helps us to interpret and understand the meaning of His life and death. The more we reflect on the lives of Jesus and Mary through the mysteries, the more we become like them in mind and heart. By means of the rosary, the Spirit of God gradually transfigures our hearts and minds to resemble those of Christ and His Blessed Mother.

The most radical gift in history wasn't an idea.

It was a body — broken and offered for us.

And we, made in His image, have a body to offer back. Not perfectly. Not athletically. Prayerfully.

What would it look like to offer your movement to Him this week? 🤍

In 33 Days to Morning Glory, we learn that St. Teresa of Calcutta would pray to Our Blessed Mother asking for the love of Mary’s heart. “Mary, lend me your Immaculate Heart.” In other words, help me to love with the perfect love of your Immaculate Heart.”

And she would add “and keep me in your most pure heart.”  St. Teresa was not just asking for Mary’s heart to be in her but for her to be in Mary’s heart!. A prayer to love Jesus through Mary, in Mary, and with Mary. This was the secret to living out her vocation to the full.

On this Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, may we pray this prayer with intention, cultivating and renewing a loving dependence and profound union with Mary. We pray that our hearts may be transformed more fully into the image and likeness of Mary’s Immaculate Heart, helping us live out our own vocations more fully.

Act of Daily Consecration Prayer:
Mary my mother, I give myself totally to you as your possession and property. Please make of me, of all that I am and have, whatever most pleases you. Let me be a fit instrument in your immaculate and merciful hands for bringing about the greatest possible glory to God. Amen.

Most of us were taught to pray with our minds.

But we are body, mind, and soul — and prayer was always meant to engage all three.

When the body has no role, the mind carries everything alone. It tires. It wanders.

SoulCore gives the body its rightful place in the Rosary. Not as a distraction — as a participant. 🤍

So many women carry the desire to pray more deeply…
but don’t always know how to slow down enough to enter in.

Sometimes it’s not about doing more —
it’s about finding a way to be present.

A space where the body can slow,
and the soul can follow. 🤍

This is what Christ-centered community looks like. 🤍

Last month, one of our SoulCore leaders, Luly from Miami, FL, hosted an amazing Mother’s Day SoulCore event. Women of all ages gathered together to pray and move to honor the Blessed Mother during this special day!

Thank you Luly for the gift of your SoulCore leadership! We are so thankful for you and for all our leaders for their YES in sharing the beauty and transforming power of the rosary. ⛪️🕊️

After 30 days of SoulCore, something shifts.

And it's not what most people expect.

They don't come back and tell us about their fitness. They come back and tell us about their prayer.

The Rosary starts to feel alive. The stillness comes more easily. The mysteries land differently.

One woman told us: "It's the first time the Rosary has ever felt like mine."

That's what this is for. 🤍
