HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of our Tang Soo Do family! I hope this year allows each and everyone of you to experience this new year filled with health, happiness and optimism!

Some thoughts to help you achieve that...

FOCUS - Focus on the things you can control rather than the things you can not.
CONCENTRATION - Concentrate on improving your health, especially your immune system through diet, supplementation, ample rest, quality social interactions, exercise and continued Tang Soo Do training. Parents, it's a good time for you to start...now enrolling new students! Just saying!
DISCIPLINE - Have the discipline to take responsibility for your health and happiness. With responsibility comes control and increased certainty. Control is a precondition to happiness and why many have been unhappy in 2020. They have felt uncertain and out of control. It is up to you to take back that control!
EFFORT - Don't live a life of reaction, waiting for the world to change and get better....place your effort on improving your health, happiness and perspective by 1% more each day!
ATTITUDE - Optimism is a state of mind...created and maintained by the thoughts you think, the decisions you make and the actions you take. Take charge of your health and happiness...take bold action today!
