📢 Important Salon Policy Update
📢Hey The Rage Salon family,
We truly appreciate each and every one of you for supporting our small business! To continue providing the best service possible, we’re implementing a No-Call, No-Show Fee, effective immediately.
Why? When appointments are missed without notice, it leaves a gap in our schedule that could have been filled by another client. Since our time is valuable and our business operates by appointment, missed appointments mean lost income.
Here’s what you need to know:
🔹 If you don’t call or show up for your appointment, a $25.00 fee will be charged.
🔹 To avoid the fee, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
🔹 We understand that life happens! If there’s an emergency, please reach out—we’re happy to work with you.
