We’re getting ready for our grand opening this summer!! Here’s the scoop: Founding Memberships will close 5/30/26. We have 10 unlimited founding memberships left!!!

We are so grateful for this community and can’t wait to fully open this summer with our grand opening team 🤍

Our instructors and staff have been hard at work. Over the next couple of weeks our full instructor line up will be revealed and you will see 15 + classes per week ADDED to the current schedule. Including more mid morning, afternoon and weekend classes (CURRENT CLASS TIMES WILL NOT CHANGE).

We’re so excited to announce our upcoming instructor training info sessions happening this Friday, April 17th and next Friday, April 24th at 12pm & 6pm!

We’ll be covering everything you need to know — the who, what, when, where, and why of instructor training. You’ll get an inside look at the method, meet the teachers, go over training details & cost, and have plenty of time to ask any questions.

Can’t make it live? No worries. we’ll be recording each session and sending it out to everyone who signs up! (Link in bio!! Or DM us)

We’ll also be offering a couple of sponsored instructor training spots — more details to come during the info sessions.
