Join our Ikigai Life Coach Shannon for a 90mn workshop with food provided at the end.

AGES: 14-18 years old

📍WHERE: Unity Center of Peaceat Unity Center of Peace in Chapel Hill.
COST: $90 (Early Bird and Sliding Scale available)

Through this workshop, teens will work to uncover meaningful sources of joy and enjoyment, work to align those with their academic requirements, and then set goals to support what they want to do, who they want to be, and how they can become what they envision for their near future.

Shannon Preto (he/him) is a uniquely skilled Ikigai Life Coach, Occupational Therapist and movement professional who brings over 20 years of experience in the arts and 8 years in occupational therapy across pediatric and adult settings. He holds dual Master’s degrees in Occupational Therapy and Fine Arts in Dance, blending clinical expertise with creative expression to support meaningful growth and transformation.
