I am excited to say I am joining this intuitive counseling course next month!

I have been in many different types of self-discovery and empowerment programs, but have not done a program like this.

This will support me in developing my natural intuitive and empathic nature and also learning how to hold one-on-one sessions with myself and other people who want counseling from a spiritual standpoint.

I have wanted to do this for many years and now is the time. :)

Words can't come close to the experience I had at the Chant for Love retreat at Just Love Forest last weekend.

I have felt called to this forest and community for years and it just now felt like everything aligned for me to visit.

I really needed it -- the break from the work grind, my phone, and patterns.... to the woods with humans I relate and connect with on a deep level.

We chanted, sang, ate healthy food, shared, and received nature therapy.

I feel more myself in these settings than anywhere. I am welcomed in my grief and my joy. Seen in my humanness and my divinity.

Bhakti is the branch of yoga I most gravitate towards. The yoga of devotion and heart that is made up of chanting and kirtan music.

Transcending the limited perception of the mental programming of the ego (that can cause a lot of suffering and a belief in separation from God, life, people and nature).

And opening up to our Heart and divine nature beyond thoughts, stories and the beliefs of lack, attachment and control...and beyond feelings of fear and anxiety.

I am excited to be a part of this community going forward and feels just where I am meant to be to ground, expand and grow. 💚

Hey y'all my next offering is Breath + Sound with Ute & Emily in Newnan on Aug 15th!

My friend Ute, the owner of True Balance Center for Breath and Bodywork, will be guiding breathwork and then I will provide an hour sound journey.

Last time during the breathwork, I felt filled with light and experienced bliss and one with the Divine and Source (we always are but get bogged down in the mundane and our thoughts) this is our true nature!

You can ride with me from Carrollton if you'd like.

Forest of my Soul

By me

Deep in the forest of my soul

Where I discover I am whole

There are many shadows

and the unknown

But the Light Shines Through

Deep in the cave of my Heart

Where I can see from the start

There are many fears and doubts

But the Love shines through

Deep in the ocean of my mind

Where I can see I’m Divine

There are many stories

And ways to believe

But the Life shines through

Video captures of the divine feminine gathering at TerraMar. 😊

Thank you Sunshine Wellness for inviting me to be a part of thus beautiful experience and portal to remember our Light, power and true essence.

Sarah Littlejohn led gentle yoga and I offered a sound bath afterwards.

SowingSeedsOfPeaceLLC cleansed and opened us up with herbs and tuning forks.

We danced together under the trees and Amberlee led us in chanting

I am Divine
I am connected
I am expressive
I am loved
I am strong
I am creative
I am safe

I then shared the song She Gives me Life and we danced with the elements.

Then I taught one of my favorite medicine songs "The Way of the Heart." 🥹
