Hey y'all my next offering is Breath + Sound with Ute & Emily in Newnan on Aug 15th!

My friend Ute, the owner of True Balance Center for Breath and Bodywork, will be guiding breathwork and then I will provide an hour sound journey.

Last time during the breathwork, I felt filled with light and experienced bliss and one with the Divine and Source (we always are but get bogged down in the mundane and our thoughts) this is our true nature!

I then shared the song She Gives me Life and we danced with the elements.

Then I taught one of my favorite medicine songs "The Way of the Heart." 🥹

Yes, my life's purpose and why I hold space for you.

🤍Can you sense and be with the intelligence of the heart? 🤍

The heart goes beyond the logical mind and the physical body and is the centre of healing and unconditional love. The heart is intelligent and intuitive and connects us directly with the Source. The heart is more than just a physical organ; this centre holds divine and sacred mysteries.

Are you listening to the language and voice of your heart? From this centre, we are merging Earth and heaven and connected to a universal intelligence that is pure love and oneness. The heart is our compass, and if we choose to listen to it, we can be guided through intuition and the path of love. When there is unconditional love and self-love present, we have already reached a big part of our healing.

Heart-healing meditation
With a silent mind and a focus on your breath, start dropping your consciousness into your heart.
Speak to your heart and ask it what you need and what you need to know to heal.
Feel the energy of your heart expand and visualize it filling your whole body.
Feel and visualize the heart energy surrounding your whole body. Let it hold and embrace your heart centre.
Let the heart’s energy enter the places in your body that needs healing right now.
