See some of y'all this Wednesday with the Carrollton Yoga Collective. :) We are going to make a circle with the bowls in the middle.

We will focus on coming to the present moment. Bringing our awareness to our Heart center as a gateway between our physical 3D identities/beliefs...

and our higher selves that sees the bigger multi-dimensional Self and knows its connection to Source and Unconditional Love. 💚

This is the 3rd year of The Cultivation Station - LLC being in business and we want to celebrate with all of you! Members, nonmembers, anyone is welcome!!

All ages too! We will be leading yoga on the lawn with me, Anne and Christina.

We will have vendors, raffles, chair massages, snacks and more! Anyone can participate in the yoga sessions. (we have some mats or you can bring your own)

I was asked to give four group sound healing sessions for the West GA women's extravaganza this past Saturday.

The first session no one came. Which I was a little relieved. So, I sang. :)
