Our Journey began in 2019, Kailey and Andrea spent the next two years developing a friendship based on trust, respect and the continuous desire to learn and grow. They took this passion and turned it into careers full of organizational growth, leadership development and life coaching that has continued to touch the lives of everyone they meet. ecided to build the cogs to their own wheel and teach those around them what leadership, success and a healthy life balance really look like. Love and Perseverance is who we are and what we do. Andrea Derrick brings love into every aspect of our organization through her life coaching, leadership and passion for people. Kailey Marshall brings perseverance into every opportunity with a, just because it is, doesn't mean it should be mindset and a drive that does not stop. We want to take everything we have learned and pass it on to the young leaders of this world. As two women from different walks of life we pride ourselves on showing the world what is possible when you can work together, are willing to teach what you know and are not afraid to be vulnerable.
