Every first Sunday of the month, Rooted Health will be at a location in Downtown Dallas, providing free wound care, basic health checks, hygiene supplies, compassion, and prayer to our homeless community.

If you know a patient or someone in the community who needs wound care and may not have access to it, send them to the community outreach location. We would love to provide care completely free of charge.

No cost. No judgment. No questions. Just care.
