There are times when the task or path ahead seems dauntingly bigger than we are and overwhelm sets in. At this point anxiety and panic get the opportunity to take over. Recognize this as conditioned fears such as. “I’m not enough”, “I can’t handle this. It’s too much”. Too much and not enough are thoughts that do not originate from our soul, our Divine Essence. Do the regulation skills, the deep breathing and grounding techniques. Formulate a plan and start small. Remind yourself that you are capable and you are called. When we meet a challenge with curiosity and a plan we are creating a container larger and at a higher frequency than the “matrix” web of control and conditioning. This is alchemy!

👣 Your body is the manifestation of various energies. Together these various energies create a harmonic. When the harmonic is in disharmony you first have mental and emotional difficulties and difficulty regulating your nervous system.

🎶 Without the harmonic frequency being adjusted back to its own unique “channels”, the static and noise manifest into the physical body showing up as dis-ease and dis-order.

Why do you sometimes finally release feelings that were never actually yours to carry? 🪽

Some emotions get stored somewhere deep instead of processed immediately, until a vault break finally opens what couldn't be looked at clearly in the moment it arrived.

That vault break doesn't happen randomly. It opens once there's finally enough space to look directly at weight that had nowhere else to settle before.

Empaths experience an especially full version of this vault break, releasing emotional weight that was never fully theirs to begin with once enough space finally opens.

Empath, if a vault break has released a feeling that never quite made sense as fully your own, that release was overdue rather than sudden. It was always meant to open eventually.

Lightworker missions require this kind of vault break regularly, since carrying unprocessed weight indefinitely eventually limits how much more the mission can actually hold.

Let the vault break open. Not everything stored there was ever meant to stay indefinitely, and most of it settles the moment it's finally looked at directly.
