💕 The "Fourth Trimester" matters. Postpartum care is NOT a one-time checkup—it’s an ongoing necessity for your health and healing.

Too often, the focus shifts entirely to the new baby, but the person who gave birth needs deep care, too. Your postpartum visits are vital milestones to ensure you are recovering safely both physically and emotionally.

⚠️RECALL ALERT FOR CARSON CITY RESIDENTS ⚠️

Check your pantries, Carson City! Prime Food Processing LLC has issued a voluntary safety warning and recall for its unbranded "Dried Herring Fish" due to a potential botulism poisoning risk.

The affected product was distributed to Asian grocery stores across 17 states—including Nevada. The fish was not properly gutted (uneviscerated), meaning it may harbor dangerous Clostridium botulinum spores.

🔍 How to Identify the Product:
- Product Name: Dried Herring Fish (Tunsoy)
- Packaging: Clear, plastic 7 oz. bag with a blue trim banner
- Item Number: Code: 26020
- Expiration Date: June 12, 2028

What You Need to Do:
- Do not eat this fish.
- Throw it away in a secure trash can (the FDA recommends double-bagging it first so animals or others can't access it) OR return it to the store where you bought it.
- Monitor your health if you have already consumed it. Botulism symptoms can appear within 6 hours to 10 days and include dizziness, blurred/double vision, slurred speech, muscle weakness, and trouble swallowing or breathing. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience these symptoms.

For questions regarding the recall, you can contact Prime Food Processing LLC directly at 718-963-2323 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).

🚨 ATTENTION CARSON CITY RESIDENTS 🚨

Spring & Mulberry has voluntarily expanded its recall of select chocolate bars. This is due to potential contamination from Salmonella, which was traced back to a specific supplier lot of date ingredients used as a sweetener. While no illnesses have been reported to date, Salmonella can cause serious or fatal infections in young children, the elderly, or individuals with weakened immune systems. Healthy individuals may experience fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.

The affected products include all 12 chocolate bar varieties in their lineup. These items have been available nationwide through online orders and select retail stores since August 2025.

How to check your packages:
Look at the back of the packaging or the inner flow wrap for the following details:
• Brand Name: Spring & Mulberry
• Impacted Items: All 12 flavors (including Mint Leaf, Earl Grey, Lavender Rose, Mango Chili, Mixed Berry, Mulberry Fennel, Pecan Date, and Pure Dark Minis)
• Identifiers: Check the specific flavor name, lot/batch codes, and box colors.

What to do next:
• If you have purchased any of these chocolate bars, do not consume them. Take a photo of the product packaging clearly showing the batch code and then dispose of the product immediately.
• Email the photo to: [email protected] to request a full refund.

This is due to potential cross-contact with undeclared peanut allergens from shared manufacturing equipment. If you have a peanut allergy, consuming these noodles poses a serious or life-threatening risk.

The affected noodles were distributed nationwide between February 1, 2026, and May 8, 2026, and were sold online, via TikTok Shop, and at major retailers like Whole Foods Market and Thrive Market.

How to check your packages:
Look at the back or bottom of the packaging for the following details:
• Single Pack UPC: 8-50052-23988-6

• Impacted Best By (BB) Dates: 10/15/2026, 12/6/2026, and 3/23/2027

No other Fly By Jing noodles or sauces are included in this alert.
