Cleanse
Cleansing has long been a part of our daily lives since ancient times. In early civilizations, bathing was not simply a hygienic routine—it was a sacred ritual practiced by elite communities, religious leaders, and temple keepers. Hygiene itself is a cultural rite, often unnoticed, yet deeply embedded in how we care for the body, maintain balance, and restore order within ourselves.
There are many forms of cleansing. Today, we focus on Hydrotherapy & Hygiene as therapeutic practices that soothe, calm, clear, and relax the body—bridging physical care with deeper restoration.
Hydrotherapy—the practice of cleansing and restoring the body through water—finds its origins in ancient civilizations such as Egypt, Greece, Rome, and parts of Asia. Mineral baths, thermal springs, and ritual purification were used not only for hygiene, but for spiritual renewal, healing, and energetic balance.
Water was never just water.
It was medicine.
It was ceremony.
It was remembrance of the body’s ability to return to wholeness.
Within this same lineage, sea salt becomes one of the most elemental forms of cleansing. Drawn from the ocean, it has long been used in bathing and purification practices to support release, restoration, and clarity—bridging hygiene with ritual care of the body.
To cleanse is to participate in something ancient.
Something that remembers you, even when you forget.
