Our tissues have issues, and I'm so grateful to be able to help people work through them
The body doesn’t “store” emotions like objects. But it does remember how it had to organize itself to get through them.
Tension, bracing, holding, guarding: these are all physical responses to stress that wasn’t fully processed or discharged. And if those responses repeat often enough, they stop being temporary and start feeling like your baseline.
The way out isn’t overthinking it; it’s interrupting the pattern.
Loosen what you tend to tighten. Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Slow your breathing. Stop rushing.
Small resets, done consistently, teach your body it doesn’t have to stay in that state. ❤️🩹🌅
