As of October 2024 I will be enforcing a cancellation policy. This is a very controversial topic, but let’s talk about it. I first want to say I appreciate all my clients, and I’m so thankful for all the support for my small business. This week alone I have had $760 cancel or reschedule. I completely understand life happens, life happens for me as well. I will be requiring a 24 hour notice from your appointment time if you need to reschedule or cancel. This will give me enough time to try and find another client that needs this time to fill that spot. If the client cancels within the 24 hour notice I unfortunately will charge 50% of the service via invoice, or this will be due at your next appointment. No showing for an appointment is completely different and will be invoiced for the full amount of your appointment. I totally understand we cannot control certain things, but at the end of the day this is my business and this is how I provide for my family. Thank you all ❤️
