The first day of school will be here before you know it. Is your child’s back-to-school physical checked off the list?

From pre-K through college, children and young adults ages 3 to 21 should have a yearly check-up to make sure they are healthy, growing well and ready for the year ahead.

Before the appointment, remember to bring:

• School or sports physical forms
• A current list of prescriptions
• Any questions or concerns you want to discuss

Appointments are filling quickly, so schedule today with a West Tennessee Medical Group pediatrician or primary care provider.

The Caruthersville School Health Clinic will be closed for summer break starting after Friday, May 22. We hope everyone has a safe, fun, and relaxing summer! Thank you for letting us take care of your students this school year.
