Our Gen 4 artists—- after a lengthy internship with a >90% failure rate, and meeting rigid standards our artists are certified, to slowly in their first year start tattooing people. First for free on friends/ family/ coworkers then slowly on clients while supervised by more experienced artists. That first year they build their skillset, brand, knowledge, clientele and synergy in the team in a highly competitive environment. All of this to maybe be offered a residency. Often in this first year we have a > 60% failure rate. Kati , marshytattoo and Nicholas Falbo have consistently pushed themselves and maintained a ridiculous standard since being certified last January, and have become valued members of the Apocalypse Girl Family!
