ADHD in girls can be complicated.
It presents differently and is more likely to be hidden behind good grades, people-pleasing, perfectionism, big emotions, or just trying really hard to keep it all together. These are things that can be hard to recognize from the outside. And it’s part of the reason why ADHD in girls has been missed for so long.

As research shifts to cover these gaps, many clinicians, educators, and families are still unaware of key differences in how ADHD presents in girls. That’s where A Little Note comes in.
I designed the Unmasked program to help you better understand ADHD in girls and more specifically, how ADHD presents in your daughter, with the goal of protecting her self-esteem and improving long-term outcomes, while helping you feel more confident in how to support, understand, and advocate for her.

🗓️We start in just 2 weeks, and there are still spots available. Cohorts are intentionally kept small to foster connection and active participation.
