🦷✨ October is National Dental Hygiene Month! ✨🦷

Healthy smiles start with healthy habits! 🪥💕

This month is the perfect reminder to give your teeth and gums a little extra attention:

🪥 Brush twice a day for 2 minutes
🧵 Floss every day
💧 Drink plenty of water
😁 Keep up with your routine dental cleanings & exams

And remember—healthy gums shouldn’t regularly bleed when you brush or floss! If you’ve noticed bleeding, tenderness, or swelling, it may be time for a dental checkup.

🍂 Fall into a healthier smile this October!

🍎🍂 FALL FOODS & YOUR SMILE! 🦷🎃

Fall is full of delicious seasonal favorites—but did you know some are friendlier to your teeth than others?

🍎 Apples – Crunchy and high in water, making them a better choice when you’re craving something sweet.

🎃 Pumpkin – Naturally packed with nutrients, but watch out for all the added sugar in pumpkin-flavored treats!

🧀 Cheese – A tooth-friendly snack that provides calcium and can be a great alternative to sugary treats.

🥜 Nuts – Low in sugar and a great crunchy fall snack.

☕ Pumpkin spice drinks & apple c***r – Delicious, but they can contain a LOT of sugar. Enjoy them in moderation and follow up with water.

🍬 Caramel apples & sticky candies – These treats can cling to your teeth, giving cavity-causing bacteria more time to feed on the sugars.

🍁 You can still enjoy your fall favorites! Moderation, good brushing and flossing habits, and regular dental cleanings can help keep your smile healthy all season long. 🪥✨

What’s your favorite fall treat? 🎃🍎☕

There's a lot of buzz about night guards lately, and patients often ask: do I really need one? Dentists don't recommend them on a hunch. They look for specific signs that point to nighttime grinding. Catching it early costs a fraction of replacing damaged teeth later.

Wondering if a night guard is worth it? Learn why dentists recommend them, what signs they look for, and how custom guards compare to online options.

We’re a little sad to say goodbye to Lily as she heads back to school this week! 💕📚

We have absolutely loved having her with us this summer. She has been the biggest help and truly the BEST! We’re going to miss her around the office, but we’re so excited to see all the amazing things she’ll accomplish this school year. 🦷💗

And speaking of back-to-school… we’d love your help! 🎒✏️ We are collecting school supplies to donate to our local schools and help students start the year off strong.

If you’re able, please consider bringing in new school supplies during your next visit. Every donation makes a difference! ❤️
