As I left the studio this evening I wanted to share a message with the Cary community after hearing the sad news that a second wellness studio in Cary has closed.

Augment Wellness is still here serving the community 7 days a week with compression therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, red light therapy, halo salt therapy, PEMF, HBOT and more.

All these natural modalities under one roof to reduce inflammation, stress and pain and boost metabolism, sleep and energy.

Today is National Emergency Responders Day.
